Portugal Opens €6 Million Student Accommodation Funding Call

On 30 October 2026, Portugal opened a €6 million funding call under the Algarve 2030 programme to support student accommodation projects in the Algarve region. The initiative is intended to increase accommodation capacity for higher-education students and encourage investment in suitable housing facilities. The programme creates opportunities for property developers, construction companies, architects and accommodation operators.
